Nicole Ewing Gavin

 

Nicole Ewing Gavin is Assistant to the City Manger overseeing a variety of special projects for the City Manager’s Office in the areas of planning, public involvement, transportation, water and the environment. Nicole has a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Arizona and is certified as a professional city planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She was born and raised in Phoenix, and has worked for the City of Tucson since 1996. Prior to working for the City Manager’s Office, Nicole worked in the City’s Transportation Department managing the Grant Road improvement plan and in the City’s Planning Department managing impact fee studies, the General Plan update, annexation, and was the lead author on the report 5 Trends Tucson.
