Parking in Downtown is easy and convenient. With the opening of three mixed-use parking structures since 2005, (Pennington Street Garage in 2005, Depot Plaza Garage in 2010, and Centro Garage in 2011), ParkWise garages now offer more than 3,000 covered spaces in parking garages and almost 1,000 spaces in surface lots.
There are also more than 1,000 on-street metered spaces in the Downtown core and several hundred more in the 4th Avenue and Main Gate Square business districts
Parking Meters are located throughout Downtown and range from 1/2 hour to 6 hour limits, at a cost of 50 cents per hour. There is no charge for parking on the street on weekends and holidays!
