Fee Schedules
Fee Schedule (Including Sign Fees) can be found in section 1-05.1.0 pg 16 in the Development Standards
Variable Fee Schedule ( This includes Rezoning fees, LDO, BA, Misc.)
The fees for excavation permits are located within the City Code, Chapter 25-4
Impact Fees ( Fees have been collected on permits issued for new commercial and residential construction since July 15, 2005.)
Fees for Electric and Gas Reconnect permits are $99.00 and include an inspection. Customers must place a gas pressure tester on the line prior to being inspected. Contact your contractor or any hardware store for the tester.

Records staff will instruct customers on how to use the viewers but can not perform research for you.
Xerox copies - $1.10 1st copy (any size) Microfiche copies 8 1/2 x 11 = $1.65 per page
Additional copies - $.27 each Microfiche copies 11 x 17 = $2.20 per page
Paper copies from files limited to 20 copies per request
Microfiche copies limited to 15 per day or sent to Reproductions by request. (Check with Reproductions if same day service is available - P/U & fees paid @ Reproductions)
If request is for more than 15 microfiche copies and same day service is not required, you may leave the marked film with staff to copy and call you when job is completed. Payment is required in advance for this service.
