It improves the service the Tucson Police Department provides to you by offering more service options, and, at the same time, prevents overloading the 9-1-1 system. Use this line to report crimes that are not in progress and non-critical police response incidents. Community Service Officers answer the Police Non-Emergency Telephone Line. They handle crimes not in progress and non-critical police response incidents, and provide information.
