Pursuant to City of Tucson Ordinance 10236, sections 7-490 through 7-495, every person selling ice cream (dairy or other water-based food products) from a motor vehicle in a City residential neighborhood or City park is required to be licensed.

Fingerprinting Services

All Ice Cream Truck Vendor applicants must be fingerprinted by the Tucson Police Department.

Applicants must submit a $24.00 cashier’s check or money order made payable to the Department of Public Safety at the time their fingerprints are taken.
