On September 8, 2010 just before 1:00 a.m., officers located a man in the roadway near 5260 East 22nd St. The victim, who was identified as Jermaine Davis, had suffered trauma. He later died as a result of his injuries. Jermaine's vehicle, a 2003 Dodge Stratus, was stolen during the incident and was later recovered.
