On August 22, 1998, Thomas Stephenson was found deceased in his vehicle at the Tucson Auto Mall. His vehicle was described as a brown 1985 Nissan Turbo 300ZX. Mr. Stephenson was last seen at the Davis Monthan Air Force Base Golf Course on August 16, 1998. A disguised subject (pictured above, right) attempted to use Mr. Stephenson's credit card at ATMs in Tucson and Phoenix on August 17, 1998.
