Main Ticket Office:  10:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m., Monday Friday.  

Closed on Saturday & Sunday
Ticket Office will open 1-2 hours before the show permanence.  Please contact the Ticket Office for exact opening times.
Monday - Friday Ticket Office hours will be extended into the night of  the performance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.  Local preprinted checks with drivers license accepted up to 10 days prior to performance.


Purchase Tickets:



Consumers can use this number to purchase tickets to any events in the continental United States, no matter what their location is.  The system recognizes where in the United States the caller is calling from so all local prompting or messaging will still work.   Subject to convenience fees.

General Event Information:

Accessible seating is available in all venues.  Please identify specific needs when purchasing a ticket.

Please contact your local Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone number for specific information regarding seat availability.   Most events will sell out in advance.

Most events do not allow cameras or recording devices.

No smoking inside all venues.

Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during event.

In emergencies, parents can leave their name and seat location with Administration Office/Guest Service Office before attending an event.

The doors will open to the public one-hour before the event performance time. Visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of an event.                                                                                                                                        

Most events do not allow baby carriages or child strollers in the venue. Carriages and strollers can be checked-in at designated Administration/Guest Services Offices.

No laser pointers or prohibited items allowed in venues.

It is at the discretion of the Promoter to conduct visual inspections, wand searches and metal detector searches
