A cost study is conducted every two years to determine the fees that a benefiting customer will pay for various water installations (metered connections to the water system and hydrants being examples) and other services received. The 2013 study was reviewed by the Citizens’ Water Advisory Committee and recommended for forwarding to the Mayor and Council. On May 21, 2013, following a public hearing, the Mayor and Council approved and adopted the FY 2013 Miscellaneous Fee Study.
