Pay Your Utility Services Bill Securely Online
Access your account information and pay for the items included on your utility services statement by phone. Call Customer Service Office at (520) 791-3242, access account information 24 hours a day. Use Visa, MasterCard or electronic check.

To sign up for this service, pick up or download the Automatic Bill Payment Form, and mail the completed form to:

Pay in person at several City of Tucson offices and Western Union locations.

- Sewer charges: Call Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department Customer Service Office at (520) 724-6609.
- Trash, recycling charges: Call City of Tucson Environmental Services Department at (520) 791-3171.
